Montini Catholic Announces Football Captains

Montini Catholic High School, the 3-time defending 5A IHSA State Champions, have announced team captains for the 2012 season.

Joey Borsellino is an honor student (Class of 2013) from Oak Brook. He plays wide receiver and defensive back for the football team and participates in intramural basketball. He is coming off a 2011 season in which he was named to the All-Conference and All-Area teams and was named the Suburban Christian Conference offensive player of the year.

Mark Gorogianis is a high honor student (Class of 2013) from Lombard. He plays wide receiver for the football team, is a member of the Math Team, National Honor Society and Math Honor Society – Mu Alpha Theta. He is coming off a 2011 season in which he was named to the Academic All-Conference team.

Dimitri Taylor is an honor student (Class of 2013) from Wheaton and plays running back and runs track in the spring.

Tucker Mucha is a high honor student (Class of 2013) from Orland Park. He plays strong safety for the football team, participates in intramural basketball, and is a member of the National Honor Society.

Fred Beaugard is an honor student (Class of 2013) from Wheaton and is a defensive end for the football team.

Tate Briggs is an honor student (Class of 2013) from Naperville and plays left tackle for the football team.
